4. Retention period

We keep enquiry data no longer than is necessary to contact you and arrange your appointment. Medical records are retained for the periods set by law.

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties, except where required by law or where it is necessary in order to provide the service.

6. Your rights

• To access your data and receive a copy of it.
• To have inaccurate data corrected.
• To withdraw consent and request that your data be erased.
• To lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
